Our purpose is to create space for you to arrive home to yourself through retreat experiences focused on igniting presence, compassion and awareness - with ourselves and each other. 


Born out of a desire to “spend more time together doing our favourite things” Arrive Here Wellness & Retreats is a space for us to humbly share whatever pearls of wisdom we possess, from yoga to meditation and beyond.


Thanks for stopping by. We welcome the spiritual warrior from all walks of life to join us in learning from ancient yogic practices infused with a fresh energy in modern time and space. We look forward to connecting with you!

As the vibrant colours of autumn settle, we invite you to slow down, reconnect, and realign. This is your time — to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace the beauty of the present moment, surrounded by nature, community, and calm.

Arrive - Friday, November 7 (5pm arrival)

Depart - Sunday, November 9 (11am departure)

With stunning views of Georgian Bay and Muskoka at your doorstep, this eco-conscious retreat space is a hidden gem designed for deep rest and reconnection.

Whether you're craving activity or stillness, the choice is always yours. All offerings are optional — for real.

Soak in the outdoor hot tub, detox in the sauna, or cozy up by the lakeside fire pit. Lounge on one of two covered patios, enjoy a paddle in the bay, or explore the nearby public dock and beach. Indoors, enjoy modern amenities, from heated floors and spa-like bathrooms to a golf simulator, ping pong, and board games for the playful moments in between.

Choose from private or shared modern bedrooms designed with comfort and calm in mind. With five luxurious bathrooms and thoughtful touches throughout, Eco Bay Chalet offers all the serenity of nature without sacrificing comfort.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

No problem! Just let us know of any food restrictions, allergies, or sensitivities and we’ll make sure there are options to meet your needs. A healthy, plant-based and organic meal will be served, with a focus on wholesome, nutrient dense foods. Look forward to fuelling your body with delicious and energizing seasonal food. With vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

 

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVERYTHING ON THE SCHEDULE?

Absolutely not - this retreat is meant to serve your needs/preferences. Everything is optional – you are invited to participate in as little or as much as you feel like!

 

CAN I COME ALONE?

Of course. Coming solo to a retreat is a wonderful way to connect to yourself and allow more space for rest. It can also encourage you to make new friends with like-hearted individuals. - Feel free to come alone or with a friend or group. 

 

WHAT TYPE OF YOGA IS IT - AND IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

All levels are welcome! Krystal and Amanda are both 500+-Hour certified yoga teachers trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga styles. A variety of yoga classes will be offered with safe and accessible modifications suitable for all levels – even if it’s your first time!

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please arrive in comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a yoga mat and props if you like your own (otherwise, mats and props will be provided), a refillable water bottle, slippers. Bring a journal and pen. Anything else you need to be comfortable and fully enjoy the day. Lunch is provided but feel free to bring exra snacks.

Leslie Brennan, Retreat Chef

Leslie is the hands and heart behind the wholesome food that nourishes our retreats. Her consciously crafted creations are rooted in a heartfelt desire to reconnect in the beauty and wonderment to that which nourishes us. Integration is woven into every aspect, from the growing and the harvesting practices, sourcing farm fresh, organic, and local foraged ingredients, to personalized menu creation with a focus on seasonal alchemy; offering a vital, wholesome, high vibrational experience.

Krystal Clark, Yoga Teacher

Krystal is a yoga instructor, mindful beauty expert, folk herbalist and student of Ayurveda who is inspired by the cycles of nature. As a student of life, she continues to seek personal growth rooted in compassion and curiosity. Passionate about sharing the knowledge and tools that have positively impacted her life, Krystal strives to help others find connection, wonder, balance, strength, ease and intention both on and off the yoga mat.

Amanda Tran, Yoga Teacher

Amanda is a psychotherapist, yoga student and teacher. She believes yoga isn't just about the physical poses—it's a sacred journey of connection to mind and body, self and others. With a sprinkle of cosmic wisdom passed down from her teachers and a dash of heart-centered energy from lived experiences, Amanda's classes invite you to explore the divine within, where every breath invites you into the present moment and every movement is an opportunity to connect with your inner awareness.
